Body Additives
Deflocculants
A blend of sodium silicate and electrolytes designed to reduce the viscosity of the slip to increase solids content.
Mechanical Strength
Increase the mechanical flexural strength of the body. We offer 100% organic additives, 100% inorganic additives and hybrid ones.
Oxidants
They help to speed up the oxidation of organic matter by reducing or eliminating black core.
Dry milling
They help to reduce the dry grinding time of raw materials, thereby increasing productivity and reducing energy costs.
ADDITIVES FOR ENGOBS, GLAZES AND GRITS
Liquid deflocculants
They reduce viscosity. They are ideal for adding to glazes that have already been ground on the production line.
Powder deflocculants
They reduce viscosity and help to stabilise the rheological properties of glazes and engobes, whether added during grinding or at a later stage.

Liquid binders for grit

They are complex mixtures of rheological agents, colloids and surfactants to be added to ground glazes to produce glazes with low density and viscosity for bell/vela application.
Surfactants
They help to improve the application of glazes or grits whether by airless, bell, or vela, whilst acting as an interface between solvent-based inks and water-based «top coat» glazes.
Rheological Modifiers
They increase viscosity as required and/or delay drying.
